Built 1889 (plaque). Extended 1970's, at which time original building probably re-roofed. Original building is of dressed local sandstone with granite copings + windowsill. Extension is of smaller random stonework with concrete copings. Slipway of granite sets with granite kerbs, partially covered with tarmac.
