Outline of possible long house and associated features surrounded by evidence of ridge and furrow and three possible pillow mounds to the north-east. There is doubt about the antiquity of this site which may represent a building disguised as a traditional farmstead to store ammunition for the airfield to the south during World War II.

This site was considered for designation as a Scheduled Ancient Monument during the Monument Protection Programme. The programme ended before the entire list of sites was successfully scheduled so this is included on a local list of Nationally Important Sites.
