Winswood Bridge has built into the middle of the inside of its eastern wall a stone that reads 'Burrington P Ashreigney P 1903' with a vertical line in the middle. It is most likely that the stone in the bridge is that shown on the early 20th century Ordnance Survey maps.

The boundary stone is built into the interior face of the northern parapet of the bridge and reads '1903 Burrington P Ashreigny P'. Other details: Digital Photos.
