Location seems unusual for a CHL radar. RAF 1946 AP shows a compound (?hedged) at roughly above location. This is not recorded on OS 1907 map, or on 1962 map. NGR sx89025119 would be Kingswear (CRF:SX85SE/358) (Horner).
