Full description
Keep, C., 12/01/2002, Rockery at Winterbourne, Teignmouth (Correspondence). SDV350690.
The house was built in the 1820s, and became the nucleus of the new Grammar School in 1920.

Winterbourne was built by the Reverend William Page Richards between 1824 and1829. The house and stables were bought by Devon County Council in 1919, and redevloped as Teignmouth Secondary School which opened in 1920. Now part of Teignmouth Community College.
