'mooredge farmhouse' at broadclyst moor is a late medieval cross-passage former farmhouse retaining its thatched roof + c17 interior features. These include smoke-blackened timbers, plank + muntin screens + casement windows. The house was built c1500 or earlier of rendered cob on a stone plinth under a half-hipped thatch roof with two end stacks + two external rear lateral stacks (nt).
