Recorded as Vinnecombe on the Credition Tithe Apportionment, comprising House, Offices and Bye road (plot 3540).

Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

Farmstead marked as Vinnicombe, comprising buildings ranged around a yard with an additional building in the orchard to the south. Comparison with the Tithe Map shows the addition of a barn and horse engine house on the east side of the yard.
