Building depicted on 1904-1906 25 inch Ordnance Survey map to the north-west of the farmhouse.

Two storey 19th century shippon to the north-west of the farmhouse. Of limestone rubble with brick dressings. The roof has been replaced with corrugated iorn. To the north of the shippon is a modern brick lean-to shed. The redevelopment of the area proposed in 2004 would involve demolition of the existing farm buildings.
