Full description
Buck, C., 2002, Devon Great Consols: Archaeological Assessment, 55-56+fig 13,38 (Report - Assessment). SDV241758.
Two outhouse buildings were shown on an 1867 map outside the western wall of the garden of the Count House (see PRN 37325). The buildings appeared to have been outside toilets or pig houses. The resident of the Count House confirmed that there had been three sets of toilets in the western building. The slate roof of this building had recently collapsed while the eastern building had a corrugated iron roof. The buildings were both 4.1m long x 2.25m wide with a gable wall up to 3.5m high.
