Full description
Powell, N., 2005, Treasure Find from Wembury (Correspondence). SDV321529.
Various metal finds from Pinhoe. Although the finds range in date from Roman to early modern most are medieval/post medieval. Most are ordinary items such as buckles but a Tudor silver gilt dress hook has also been found. It has been suggested that the site may have been a fair. Iron Age decorated stud also found in this area (PRN 71077). Other details: email.
