Site of a small rectangular building shown on the OS 25" (1880s) map with long, narrow buildings to the west & east.

Building shown on the 1867 map of Wheal Anna Maria mine & probably used as an office for the adjoining railway. Two further buildings are shown at SX42727357 & SX42727355. The survey in 2002 found a single-storey building at SX42717357 with c2m high x 0.45m thick walls under a slate roof which was beginning to collapse. The building had blocked windows & a door on the north side with new openings on the south side. No surface evidence for the other buildings was found. Other details: Sites 156,157,157/1.
