'Overday Farm' is shown on Ordnance Survey 25 inch (1880s and 1906) maps as two rectangular buildings in a rectilinear yard with an orchard to the south. On the south side of the orchard a further group of buildings surround an irregular shaped yard. The 1880s Ordnance Survey map also shows two small buildings to the west of the northern group. The northern buildings are shown as 'Overday Cottages' on the Ordnance Survey 6 inch (1969) map.
