Full description
Department of National Heritage, 1994, Dartmouth, 206 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV157498.
Lamp post approximately 1.25 metres to the south of 4 Smith Street. Lamp post. Late 19th century. Cast-iron. Octagonal pedestal to moulded base with slightly tapering stem cast as sprouting leaves. Bulbous sections at the bottom and just below the fluted arms.Small slender curving brackets to 20th century replacement lantern. Included for group value.
