Building shown on late 19th and early 20th century Ordnance Survey maps. Its position and rounded shape suggest that it was a horse-engine house. Only a small section of the barn wall, which became incorporated into the roundhouse, survives. This includes the opening through which the drive was taken from the horsegear, and which is now filled with machine made bricks. Probably of mid to late 19th century date.
