Crippetts.
Small house. Circa early 18th century with small 19th century addition and 20th century extension. Plastered and whitewashed rubble walls. Gable-ended asbestos slate roof. Rendered stone rubble stack at left gable-end and projecting semi-circular plastered stone stack at right gable-end.
Plan: small 2-room plan with lean-to against left-hand end and small 20th century rear addition.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front with one to the ground floor. Twentieth century 2-light small-pane casements on the 1st floor and 19th century single light small-pane casement below to right. Twentieth century plank door with glazed panel towards left-hand end and plank door at front of lean-to.
