Full description
Department of National Heritage, 19/04/1993, Bideford, 248 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV338459.
House and attached front railing and gateposts. Early or mid 19th century. Solid rendered walls. Slate roof. Red-brick chimney on left side-wall. Two storeys, 1 window to left of each storey with doorway to right. Latter round-arched with flat architrave. Six-panelled door. Windows have 8-paned sashes. Moulded board below the eaves. Interior not inspected. Garden railing has plain uprights on a low stone-rubble plinth; iron gateposts have finials with open trefoil-panels.
