House. Early or mid 19th century. Solid rendered walls. Slate roof. Rendered chimney on right side-wall. two storeys; one window to right of each storey with doorway to left. Four-panelled door (probably 20th century). Windows with six-paned Yorkshire sashes in box-frames. Moulded board below the eaves. Interior not inspected. Prominent position in a narrow, picturesque street leading from Buttgarden Street to the parish church of St Mary.
