Full description

Tyler, K., 2009, Archaeological Excavation at Matford Barton, Exminster, 3-6 (Report - Excavation). SDV343380.

Three pits excavated in 2009 appeared to represent a linear arrangement which possibly extended to the south-west. Worked flint from two of the pits suggest a Prehistoric date. Several other pits were also excavated. A large ditch at the southern end of the site represented a probable Post Medieval feature.
