English Heritage, 2010, Historic Houses Register (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV154869.

Sydenham Bridge. Road bridge across the River Lyd. Probably on 18th century rebuilding of an earlier structure. Stone rubble with dressed stone arches. 2-span bridge with parapets and 1 tall cutwater, the westernmost arch appears to be slightly skewed. Elliptical, slightly recessed ring arches. The road over the bridge is the approach to the west front of Sydenham House. Date listed: 7th November 1985.
