Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments, Plot 128 (Cartographic). SDV359954.
Named 'Doustiland' on the Tithe Map; two buildings are depicted in this plot; 'Manor Inn outhouses and court' noted on the apportionment.
Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance Survey 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.
Marked on the late 19th century historic map as 'Manor Inn'; appears to have been a precursor to the neighbouring Manor Hotel; later named the Burrator Inn (MDV48941).
Ordnance Survey, 1904 - 1906, Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25 inch Map (Cartographic). SDV325644.
Not named as 'Manor Inn' on this version of the mapping, however the nearby Manor Hotel to the south-west has been constructed by this time, so presumably the site was now operating as a farm.
Humphreys, C., 2003 - 2005, Dartmoor National Park Authority Farmstead Survey 2003-2005 (Report - Survey). SDV344545.
Farmstead included in survey. Visited on 28/11/2003.
Ordnance Survey, 2010, MasterMap (Cartographic). SDV344030.
'Manor Farm' marked on modern mapping, although most of the buildings appear to be converted to domestic use now.
