Large rectangular structure located just to the north of the 1897 Brunton Calciners, and within the bend of the trackway to the quay. It is first shown on the 1906 Ordnance Survey map, suggesting it was associated with the expansion of the arsenic works in the 1890s. It consists of a rectangular shed with demolished shillet walls and one partially surviving gable end (western) 1 - 1.5 metres high. The east and north walls survive to a height of about 1 metre.

A rectangular building of unknown function, first shown on the 1904 Ordnance Survey map, survives as low walls circa 0.3 metres high, 8 metres by 4 metres. An early 20th century photograph shows the building as two storeys high, and it was probably an office. Other details: Figure 36, site 42.

A rectangular mine building is first shown on the 1904 Ordnance Survey map which was roofed and likely to be two storeys high. It was probably an office. In 2006, low surviving remains of the structure were identified measuring approximately 8 metres by 4 metres, situated on a raised area of ground where the access track turns sharply back west, towards the Quay. The walled remains survived to a maximum height of 0.3 metres and there was a tree growing from the centre of the footprint.
The remains of the Mine Building were found to be as described in 2006. The low remains were densely overgrown but appeared relatively stable, so were assessedto be in medium condition. Given the relatively poor preservation of this structure, it is considered to be of low significance relative to other features and structures within the Site. Given the condition and low significance of these ruinous remains, it is recommended that the site is retained with minimal disturbance, although some vegetation clearance could be undertaken.
