To the east of the buildings of the tin smelting works is the reservoir pond, outhouses and related leats. This area is possibly contemporary with the construction of the original lead smelter, as power provided by a water wheel would have been necessary for the main silver lead works, prior to the construction of the tin smelter. The area is very overgrown with trees and brambles, and is difficult to access. Other details: Figures 5, 22, site 1.
