Buck, C., 2008, Weir Quay Smelters, Devon: Impact and Conservation Assessment, 27-8 (Report - Assessment). SDV344723.

Storehouses built against the south and part of the east walls of the lower yard. The remains of these buildings are approximately 2.0 -2.5 metres high, and roofless. They appear to originally have been open on the north side, the roof supported by stone piers which have subsequently been infilled with stone. The long range along the south side is being converted to a garage and store, while the small building at the west end has already been converted, utilising the existing walls and constructing a new slate roof along the old roofline. The buildings appear to retain their original cobbled and stone floor, which is approximately 0.15 to 0.2 metres deep. Other details: Figures 5, 10, 22, sites 25-26 and 32-33.
