Ammunition Store House. One of two store houses for the storage of .303, 20 millimetre, 2 pound and 40 millimetre anti-aircraft ammunition and pyrotechnics. A rectangular plan, forming a block of six storage cubicles. An external annexe housed a heating chamber to provide heat for one cubicle used to store 2 pound anti-aircraft ammunition. Each cubicle has its own access through double steel doors and is protected by a traverse brick wall.
All walls (except heating chamber), are 18 inch solid brick which, along with concrete beams, support a reinforced concrete slab roof.
