Plastic covered steel Braithwaite header tank, installed in the 1980s to provide water to turn a reconstruction of an underground water wheel sited in Whim Shaft. The tank is filled by a 6 inch water pipe further up the valley, and the water falls onto the wheel via a pipe set in the shaft, the flow of which is activated by the engine driver of the underground railway experience. The tank is approximately 2.1 metres wide, 4 metres long and 2.6 metres high. Other details: Figure 18: site 12.
