Mid Devon District Council, 2003, Yeoford. Proposed Conservation Area (Un-published). SDV345882.
Two pairs of attractive, semi-detatched, early 20th century brick cottges, replacing an earlier terrace on the east side of the road. These are good examples of estate farmworkers' dwellings, built for the Shelley estate. Other details: Photo 10.
