Barrow F. A circular mound 7.0 meters in diameter and approx 0.5 meters high. Composed of stones much robbed in the centre.

Skerraton Gate E '4' cairn at SX70266496 of 7.0 metres diameter by 0.4 metres high. One of four cairns 150 metres south of Skerraton Gate retains its shape but with a pitted top.

This site was considered for designation as a Scheduled Ancient Monument during the Monument Protection Programme. The programme ended before the entire list of sites was successfully scheduled so this is included on a local list of Nationally Important Sites.

There are also three barrows near this hut circle. One grass-covered mound is 6.0 metres in diameter and 1.5 metres high, a second turf-covered mound is 7.0 metres in diameter and 1.5 metres high, and the third is 7.0 metres in diameter and 0.5 metres high. A further 2 cairns are 10.0 metres in diameter (citing Devon Sites and Monuments Register).
