Two buildings visible, forming a square plan, with a small extension on south-east elevation.

A stone and cob structure which has been used variously as a stable, garage, workshop and store, measuring roughly 15 feet by 20 feet, with a slated 2 feet by 12 feet stone lean-to on the south/front side. The corrugated iron of which the roof is constructed is badly rusted and leaking with a large section missing that has caused a part of the wall on the rear/north side to fall down.
