Summary
One of seven hut circles on south Yartor Down, around 450 meters north of the River Dart. Part of the Dartmeet parallel reave system, these huts are associated with fields and enclosures which have been overlaid by later boundaries. This hut lies to the west of the group and measures 8.0 meters in diameter.

Full description

This hut measures 6.7 meters in diameter and is built into the corner of its surrounding field. A fallen slab lies across the entrance. Other details: Map 13, 5.

Hut circle at SX67667272 is visible as a stony ring built into a slight slope with much stone visible and is near to a boundary wall. It has a level interior with some tumble and no visible entrance. This hut measures 7.9 meters in diameter, walls 1.8 meters thick and 0.8 meters high.

Visited 03/01/2019. Hut recorded at SX67669 72727. Although dense, impenetrable gorse covers much of the lower, western slopes of Vag Hill, this hut is relatively free of vegetation - bracken coverage with clear patches.
