Summary
One of seven hut circles on south Yartor Down, around 450 meters north of the River Dart. Part of the Dartmeet parallel reave system, these huts are associated with fields and enclosures which have been overlaid by later boundaries. This hut lies on the edge of a square enclosure and measures approximately 7.0 metres in diameter.

Full description

This hut is one of a pair within this strip which measures 6.7 meters in diameter and remains in a good condition, with an entrance on the south. Its partner (PRN 79815) is less well-preserved. Other details: Map 13, 2.

Hut circle at SX67827261. A hut circle comprising very stony walls with some elements of both internal and external faces surviving. The interior is level with some tumble, and there is no definable entrance. Internal diameter 7.2 metres, walls 2.3 metres thick and 0.8 metres high. This hut, which is built into a slight hill slope, is set against a boundary wall of a small trapezoidal enclosure of 0.06 hectares.
