Pig-sties immediately to south-south-east of farmhouse, Meavy Barton. Row of pig-sties. Circa early 19th century. Stone rubble walls. Gable ended scantle slate roof. Long rectangular plan: row of six pig-sties each with separate access at the front and a feeding hatch at the rear. Single storey. Roughly regular five door front. At the rear are four feeding hatches with doors, the fifth (right-hand) one has been converted to a door. Inside: the hatches retain their granite shutes which lead into granite troughs (Listed 1987). Other details: LB UID: 92719.
