The First World War roll of honour in St. Mary's Church, Luppitt and the Second World War memorial window in St. Michael's Church, West Hill were both partly obscured by large baskets of foliage when recorded in March 2008. There are a number of other war memorials in both parishes and these seem to take precedence in the remembrance of conflict over these slightly obscured memorials
