Landscore House and Greenway Nursing Home. Two houses, now retirement homes. Painted roughcast, hipped slate roof with four hipped bays to the north side of the left return, rendered stacks to front and right and party wall of the rear wing. Double-depth plan with lower two-storey service wing to the right and long rear left wing which faces the garden and the sea. Exterior: two storeys; symmetrical three-window range to the main block, two-windows to the right wing and six windows to the rear left wing. Six-over-six-pane sash windows, those to the front left are blind; platband below the first-floor window sills to front and left return; projecting enclosed rectangular porch with clasping pilasters. The garden front has a hipped slate roof to a verandah supported by six fluted cast-iron columns.
