Full description
Evans, H. R., 1958, Broadhempston, 114, 125 (Article in Serial). SDV296893.
In 1779-1780 the bells of the parish church in Broadhempston were recast and erected by Penningtons of Lezant, itinerant founders. The southwest corner of the churchyard was used for melting down the four old bells and recasting them. A sixth bell was added in 1887.
