Early 19th century, altered. It may have been the detached kitchen of a building formerly on the site of 30 Fore Street. 3 storeys. 2 window, Hipped Welsh slate roof with projecting bracketted eaves. Rendered front with slate-hung south return. Recessed, architraved sash windows with glazing bars. Modern ground floor openings. Included for group value.
