Inn. Mid 19th century recasing of an earlier building. Brick, some cob, partly plastered, under gabled-end slate roof. Two end and one axial stack, brick shafts to all. Two storeys. Front: four-window range; 16 hornless pane sashes to all windows; two doorways, recessed behind convex chamfered reveals run out to give the impression of shouldered arches; doors panelled. Plat band, containing name of the inn; rusticated quoins. Some boxed beams internally which appear from description of building in 1910 to be 17th century.
