Tenement farmhouse, at one time probably in two occupations. Probably early 18th century. Rendered stone rubble and cob. Slate roof with gable ends. Axial brick stack and stack at rignt gable end. Plan: three rooms in line, with direct entry into the two larger rooms at each end. The right end room was a kitchen with staircase in rear left-hand corner. Solid wall partition between this and smaller room to left. Large room at left end may originally have been occupied as a separate cottage, a staircase has been removed in 20th century and possibly an internal partition. Exterior: two storeys. Three-window range. Early 20th century fenestration. Two-light and three-light casements, two panes per light. Plank door towards left end and stone rubble porch with gabled slate roof, wall benches and plank inner door. Interior: Brief interior inspection suggested few alterations have taken place since 19th century. Right end room has chamfered cross beam and chamfered fireplace lintel on which JB 1817 is carved.
