An earlier 18th century building, refronted in the early 19th century. 2 storeys. 1 window. Hipped Welsh slate roof with old masonry stack, heightened and rendered. Timber-framed front with slate hung first floor and plastered ground floor. Masonry return wall of Devonian random limestone rubble to North Street with 2 light casement windows with timber lintols. Castle Street front with recessed windows with glazing bars. Recessed doorway with modern cornice and 'Tudorbethan' door.
