Earlier 19th century villa. 2 storeys. Double fronted with 3 windows. Hipped Welsh slate roof with swept, projecting eaves. Rendered stacks. Stuccoed front with first floor string. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Central entrance with pilasters carrying entablature. Recessed doorway with rectangular, patterned fanlight and panelled door.
