Mid-19th century. 2 storeys. Double fronted with 2 windows. Welsh slate roof with moulded gable stacks. Rendered front with rusticated stucco quoins to ground floor carried up on first floor as paired pilasters with brackets carrying eaves cornices. Plain first floor band. Recessed sash windows with plain square-cut surrounds, ground floor with cornices. Entrance with pilasters carrying entablature; rectangular fanlight and panelled door.
