Early 19th century villa. 2 storeys. 3 windows with 1 window wing at west end. Welsh slate roof with rendered stacks. Cement rendered front. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Recessed doorway with half glazed door. House front with elaborate trellis verandah with semi-elliptical arched openings. Religious busts in niches flanking entrance.
