Full description
Department of Environment, 1972, Urban District of Crediton, 19 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV39769.
Nos 75 and 76, High Street. Eighteenth century. Brick, No 75 painted brick, No 76 roughcast. Slate roof, Two storeys. Three widely spaced windows, sashes with glazing bars.

House. Probably late C18 or early C19. Rendered; slate roof; right end stack with rendered brick shaft. Plan: Double depth plan, one room wide. Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 1-window front, C20 timber front door to right with a timber doorcase with panelled reveals. Ground floor and first floor windows to right of centre, each a 16-pane hornless sash; similar sash on ground floor of right return. Interior: Exposed cross beam in front room. Remainder not inspected but may retain features of interest
