Fernleigh and Fernleigh Cottage, Pomeroy Villas, New Road.

Earlier-mid 19th century villa (after 1834) in late Georgian style. 2 storeys. Double fronted with 3 windows. Hipped Welsh slate roof with moulded, rendered stacks and projecting bracketed eaves. Stucco front. String at first floor level. Recessed sash windows, first floor with shutters; splayed bay windows to ground floor with pilasters and cornices. Prostyle ionic portico. Doorway with rectangular fanlight side-lights and panelled door. Conservatory on south return with decorative cast-iron work.
