Ranges of buildings are shown on different orientations around an irregularly shaped, elongated yard, including an L-shaped barn with a horse engine house. The farmhouse is one the south side with an adjacent pump. A pond is shown towards the east end of the yard and orchards to the east and west.

The modern farm is to the north of that shown on 19th century mapping. The former farmhouse is now known as Creedy Barton Cottage. Only a few of the historic farm buildings are still extant.
