Plot 225 was described as 'Theatre' in the West Teignmouth tithe apportionment.

Hermosa Road cuts through the site of the former theatre.

Not far from the junction of Coombe Road and Hermosa Road, to the westward of the latter, stood a small theatre, circular and slate hung.
