6 and 7 Church Walk.
Pair of houses. Mid 19th century. Solid rendered walls. Slate roof, hipped to right. Old red-brick chimney on each gable-wall. Three storeys; 2-window range, but fenestration is generally erratic. Paired doorways in centre of ground storey; chamfered and stopped jambs, continuous cornice on enriched consoles; 6-panelled doors. Whole front flanked by raised cement quoins. Entablature at sill-level in second storey. Bead-moulded board below the eaves. Ground-storey windows plain with plain sashes; triple ones to left. Upper-storey windows have shaped cement surrounds; those in second storey and at left-hand end of third storey have barred sashes in box-frames, 6-paned, except for 8-paned ones to left of second storey. Number 6 has only a blind window in third storey; number 7 has 2 open ones, that to right wholly unglazed at present.
Interior not inspected.
