Full description

Lake, W. C., 1890, Notes on the Origin of the Streets of Teignmouth, and on their Nomenclature, 122 (Article in Serial). SDV291838.

Where Wellington Street opens out into Regent Street, there used to be a place for floating timber, a wooden bridge crossing from the end of Lower Brook Street to the opposite side of the Tame.
