| Summary: | An interesting structure which appears to have been a fortified tower house. No trace of subsidiary buildings. Detail closely resembles that in the later part of Okehampton Castle. Early 14th century(list). Remains of 14th century. The lower chamber has a barrel vault with square ribs, and there are two old staircases. |
