| Summary: | Addition of New Record.An 1807 reprint of a 1726 terrier exists in the north devon athenaeum, giving details of the building - cob and stone with brick porch and slate roof. Thirteen rooms (all ceiled) and 2 cellars, outside were two gardens to the south, and to the north two courts, and an orchard separated from the rackfield by a ditch and hedge.
