Host Local Authority:
Wiltshire Council

COVID-19 status update: Physical access to Wiltshire and Swindon HER is not possible at the moment but we conduct search enquiries remotely and data can still be provided by pdf and in GIS formats. We are still available at archaeology@wiltshire.gov.uk but at present have no capacity to field calls from our office phone (01249 705526). However, any customer who wants to discuss things can email a contact number and the HER will call them back. The online HER at: https://services.wiltshire.gov.uk/HistoryEnvRecord/Home/Index is still up and running and a good start point for enquirers.
